Conflict is an inevitable part of life and work. It’s not the fact of the conflict per se that’s the problem but how we resolve it. In fact without dissent you might find the whole team ‘going down a rabbit hole together” (to use a facilitator’s technical term). Remember the tale of the emperors new clothes.
We help resolve existing conflicts and avert new ones. Professionally run, effective conflict resolution processes from one-half to several days. Our method is inclusive and participatory with the aim of having ALL parties reach satisfaction and consensus on how they can work together. Mind Mapping
If you haven’t seen Mind Mapping in action you’ll love what it can do for you and if you have, you’ll be aware of it’s benefits. In brief it’s a graphical way to represent the workings of your mind (see examples below) and help you to think more clearly, analyse complex issues with greater clarity, boost your innovation and organise your thoughts. This training will give you all the skills you need to start using mind maps right away.

Facilitation
Some issues just need the help of a professional and experienced facilitator - preferably from outside the organisation.
Many people confuse facilitation and training - they are similar but different. With facilitation in a training sense you expect the trainer to know something (preferably a lot) about the topic. On the other hand a “true” facilitator is purely focussed on the process and brings no subject matter expertise.
In effect they help uncover the wisdom of the group and can work wonders in your organisation. This is especially the case with issues that are sensitive, have time constraints, are of crucial significance or are challenging.
