Happiness Brings a 22% Productivity Bonus
A study at the University of Warwick has found that happy employees are 22% more productive than unhappy employees. The same study also found that employees that experience a death or serious illness in their families over the past two years also performed 10% worse. Who says teaching staff the skills of resilience doesn’t pay off?
